RJ MTM provide access to 2 types of onboarding for all successful applicants: (1) Digital Kit digital (2) Physical Kit The process for opening a new account for both of these processes differs slightly. See below for a rundown on the exact process. For the Digital Kit, applicants will follow the below 7 steps: (1) Click "APPLY FOR A KIT TODAY" (2) Go through our "Business Readiness" checker to see what type of platform account you qualify for. The below steps refer to applicants who qualify for the Digital Kit process. (3) If you wish to continue after "Business Readiness" checker, reply to your email offer with 1 of the 2 available options. (4) Once any additional queries you have are answered by our Success Team, we will invite you to begin providing the necessary application materials you need to complete your signup. The materials which will need to be provided solely depends on the answers made to the "Business Readiness" checker. For Digital Kit applicants, it will be as simple as providing a personal ID. (5) After the correct materials are provided, the final step is payment for your platform account. Once payment is complete, we will move to open your account for you immediately. Accounts take on average between 48-72 hours to open completely. For Digital Kit applicants , you will be able to onboard fully as soon as your accounts are successfully created and shared. (6) When your account is ready, our Success Team will get back in touch with you for the final onboarding. We will provide some tips for getting started and help guide you in learning about the platform and how to get started. (7) Everything should be wrapped up at this stage and all that remains is to familiarise yourself with the platform, check out some of the digital cloths, revise the measurement videos and get started by making 1 or 2 Blazers for yourself as a kickstarter. For System Kit applicants, company incorporation and social media profiles will be required. (5) After the correct materials are provided, the final step is payment for your platform account. Once payment is complete, we will move to open your account for you immediately. Accounts take on average between 48-72 hours to open completely. For System Kit applicants, these kits take 3.5 weeks to produce, assemble and deliver, so although platform accounts will be ready, the physical delivery will take longer. (6) When your platform account is ready, our Success Team will get back in touch with you to share those account details. At this point, your System Kit will not have arrived yet, but we will provide some tips for getting started and help guide you in learning about the platform and how to get started. Once we ship your System Kit, we will reach out to you once again to confirm the Kit has shipped, provide a Tracker and let you know when you can expect it to arrive. (7) Everything should be wrapped up at this stage and all that remains is for you to receive your new System Kit and get it setup to begin servicing customers with your brand new Custom-Made program. Requirements to signup for your own Custom-Made Menswear System: (1) Platform Account Purchase (2) Provided Documentation Thats it 👌

The total cost of signing up for an RJ MTM Platform account depends on your qualification result in our assessment. Based on your responses, you will be matched with one of the following four options:

Breakdown of Costs

• Kit Type: The Digital Kit is a virtual solution, while the System Kit includes physical fitting models and retail setup.

• Marketing Hub: An optional add-on service to boost brand visibility through marketing resources.

• Deposit: A security deposit ensuring compliance with our 4-order-per-month Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) (Digital Kit only). 50% of the deposits are returned after the first 90-days once an account has met it's 90-day MOQ. The remaining 50% of the deposit is returned after 180-days (6-months) once the account has continued to meet it's monthly MOQ. After 180-days, there is no MOQ anymore. Deposit amounts are returned inside the RJ MTM Platform to your Wallet Balance, a balance you can use to offset any and all orders you place.

• Wallet Top-Up: A preloaded balance that can be used towards order payments (System Kit only).

All applications, regardless of Digital or System Kit applicants, need to provide a personal ID. The personal ID will need to be provided on it's own, along with an additional submission of the applicant holding that same personal ID document in a photo. Details for this ID can be found below: 1. Accepted ID Documentation:

• Driver's License

• National Passport
  

2. Name Matching:

• The name on the provided identification document (see above) must match the name associated to the custom-made system account you create with us.

• If you are applying on behalf of your company, additional documentation is required to prove you are a full-time employee of the business.

For those who quality for Level 2, 3 and 4 accounts (digital and system kits), further documentation will be required: 1. Company Incorporation Document:

• LLC (or equivalent) Incorporated Certificate Document

• Not accepted: EIN Documents
  

2. Social Profiles:

• If your application involved the providing of social media profiles with over 2000 followers as a form of material, then you will need to submit a direct URL link to that profile.

If you are unable to provide a valid form of ID documentation then you will not able to sign up and register for your own custom-made platform account.

Yes, for the first six months, retailers using a Digital Kit must meet a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 4 custom garments per month.

MOQ Breakdown:

✔ Applies for the first 6 months of your access to the RJ MTM Platform ✔ Minimum of 4 garments per month (any mix of Jackets, two-piece Suits or three-piece Suits) ✔ The MOQ requirement is officially removed from Month 7 onwards

What Happens If I Fail to Meet the MOQ?

• First month of non-compliance: You receive a one-time grace period. 👌

• Second month of non-compliance: You lose 50% of your deposit.

• Third month of non-compliance: You lose the remaining 50% of your deposit. You will need to top-up your deposit once more if you plan on continuing using our platform and accessing Custom-Made Products. If you choose not to continue at this point, your account will be permanently deactivated, and future access is restricted.

Why Is There an MOQ?

The MOQ is in place to: ✔ Ensure retailers are actively selling and growing their business ✔ Prevent non-serious users from misusing the platform ✔ Maintain a healthy and sustainable business ecosystem

This policy protects the integrity of the RJ MTM Platform, ensuring that only committed retailers benefit from its resources and advantages.

No, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) must be met on a month-by-month basis. If you exceed the MOQ in a given month, those extra orders do not carry over to future months to count toward upcoming MOQ requirements.

How the MOQ Works:

✔ MOQ = 4 custom garments per month (Any mix of two-piece suits, three-piece suits, or jackets) ✔ This requirement applies for the first 6 months of your Digital Kit or System Kit access ✔ Extra orders in a single month DO NOT reduce next month's MOQ ✔ From month 7 onwards, the MOQ requirement is removed

Example Scenario:

🚫 Incorrect: Ordering 12 suits in Month 1 and expecting that to cover all 3 months (Month 1, 2, and 3). ✅ Correct: Ordering at least 4 suits each month for 3 consecutive months.
