Our product and service have been carefulluy thought-out and designed so that all of the pieces in the puzzle work seamlessly together. The Custom-Made, Made-to-Measure Menswear industry can be a complex service to run a high volume, but it doesn't have to be that way. And it isn't -- when you use RJ MTM.

How do we define 'Clear Trading Activity'?
Activity can be expressed in a variety of manners and the below is not an exhaustive list:
1. Physical retail store.
2. Existing website with historical content.
3. Developed social channels showing brand awareness.
4. Google/Yelp/TrustPilot reviews indicating service delivery.
For applicants with physical stores:
- Provide 2 Business assets (e.g., company incorporation, brand Instagram, website)
- plus 1 Personal ID (passport/driver’s license).
For applicants with no physical stores:
For those applicants who have travelling tailor operations, reoccurring popup operations or otherwise non-standard yet consistent and reoccurring Menswear trading activity:
- Provide 2 Business assets (e.g., company incorporation, brand Instagram, website)
- plus 1 Personal ID (passport/driver’s license)
- Google/Yelp/TrustPilot (or otherwise) service reviews
- Official purchase invoices from an existing manufacturer partner for the past 90-days
We verify details before issuing Enterprise Accounts.
Express Tier accounts require ID only; Enterprise Tier accounts require business documentation + ID.
Yes, the Enterprise account cost can be waived. To be clear, the cost for an Enterprise Account is a cost to produce and deliver into your possession the Physical System Kit. We do not sell accounts for profit. If you have over 30 Suit orders per month, you will be able to apply for a waiver of the original Enterprise account cost. To verify an applicant for waived costs, you would need to have a minimum of 6-months history of surpassing 30 Suit orders per month in order to apply for waived fees. If successful, we will refund the entire total cost of the Enterprise account to your platform wallet, where you will be able to use the funds immediately for any platform orders.

No. The System Kit is a one‑time purchase. Components (e.g., Fabric Books) are refreshed on a scheduled basis; we’ll advise the cycle and options for replacements/upgrades in the Fabrics section.
Yes. Fabric Books are core to the System Kit. Core books are stable; seasonal books rotate. We inform you ahead of changes so your in‑store presentation stays current.
Depending on package/qualification, you may have a Wallet Top‑Up (see the table above). Funds are credited immediately and can be used right away on orders. You’ll always see your live Wallet balance in the Web App.
Yes. When you’re ready for the System Kit experience, speak with us to arrange the upgrade. If you already meet fabric‑book upgrade criteria from Express (e.g., time on platform + order volume), we’ll fast‑track the handover.
Yes. Enterprise accounts may order a sample garment to evaluate workmanship and finishing (typical turnaround ~14 days).
No. Accounts are non‑transferable. A new applicant must apply independently.
We accept bank payments only for the Enterprise account cost:
US accounts: ACH or wire transfer to our US bank.
EU/EEA accounts: SEPA Direct Debit.
Card payments are not accepted for the account purchase. Card payments are accepted for normal daily order payments.
